Welcome to Kowrite.in. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, AI writing tools, grammar checkers, and related services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kowrite and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro Writer", "Creator"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Kowrite to generate, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Kowrite, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
