Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Kowrite Pro or Creator subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the premium features until your current billing period expires.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the digital nature of our AI services and the instant access to premium features upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time once a billing cycle has started.
Exceptions to this policy may be granted in the following cases:
- If you were charged multiple times for a single billing cycle due to a technical error.
- If the service experiences prolonged downtime (exceeding 72 hours continuously) that significantly impacts your ability to use the product.
3. Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the exceptions above, please contact our support team at support@kowrite.in within 7 days of the charge. Please include your order ID (provided via email by Razorpay) and a detailed explanation of your request.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
5. Changes to Plans
If you choose to downgrade your plan, the new lower rate will apply upon the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for downgrades.
